At WorkVigour, we're dedicated to getting your Workwear to you quickly and efficiently, so you can start your work sooner. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  

Shipping Options:

  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship to a wide range of locations. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for availability and rates.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.  

Tracking Your Order:

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Potential Delays:

  • Please note that occasional shipping delays can occur that are out of our control. These include but are not limited to; extreme weather, and carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your WorkVigour purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.  

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.  

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.  

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To initiate an exchange please contact our customer service team.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.  

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.  

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for details.
